Rapper Post Malone dikenal sebagai penggemar berat Nirvana dan Kurt Cobain. Salah satu bentuk kecintaannya adalah dengan mengabadikan judul lagu "Stay Away" di atas mata kanannya. Pun di beberapa kesempatan lain, Post Malone juga meng-kover beberapa lagu Nirvana seperti "All Apologies" dan "Lithium" di atas panggung.

Di masa karantina ini, Post Malone memberi kabar bahwa ia akan menggelar sebuah sesi tribute untuk Nirvana yang telah disetujui oleh Courtney Love, istri mendiang Kurt Cobain.

Di tanggal 24 April kemarin, Post Malone menggandeng drummer Blink-182, Travis Barker bersama gitaris Nick Mac dan bassis Brian Lee untuk membawakan ulang anthem Nirvana favoritnya, dari "Heart-Shaped Box," hingga "Come As You Are".

Selain untuk menampilkan kekagumannya kepada Nirvana, konser ini juga bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dana amal yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund, yang merupakan bagian dari World Health Organization (WHO), untuk para korban pandemi di seluruh Amerika.
