Penyanyi asal Benin City, Nigeria, Rema, melepas EP terbaru yang diberi judul Ravage. EP ini berisikan lima buah lagu yang menjadi penanda era baru dari Rema dalam mejalani karier sebagai sebagai penyanyi di industri musik.

Sebagai single pembuka EP, “Trouble Maker”, lahir dari cara menghadapi kritik secara konsisten di sepanjang karier dan menjadi julukan yang diberikan pada dirinya sendiri. Single berikutnya yakni “DND”, “Smooth Criminal”, “Don't Leave” serta ditutup oleh “Red Potion”, sebuah mantra mempesona antara dua calon kekasih yang menyadari bahwa jika berani bermain api, maka kemungkinan mereka akan terbakar.

Pada tahun lalu, penyanyi 23 tahun ini berhasil menjadi artis Afrika pertama yang mencapai satu miliar streaming untuk sebuah lagu di Spotify berkat "Calm Down". Dirinya juga membawa pulang piala VMA pertamanya untuk kategori Afrobeats terbaik.
