Watch berkisah tentang pria bernama John Harvey yang hidupnya menderita dan memikul banyak beban. Suatu hari, ia menemukan bahwa kesulitan yang ia alami selama ini ada hubungannya dengan jam tangan yang ia pakai tiap hari. Namun setelah menghancurkan jam tangannya, kehidupannya malah makin kacau.

Lewat akun media sosialnya, Buckley telah merilis video trailer tentang bukunya, yang dibintangi Matthew Lillard (Scooby-Doo, Scream).
