Belum berhenti mencari masalah dengan kakaknya, Liam Gallagher baru-baru ini mengajak Noel untuk kembali bergabung untuk konser amal setelah pandemi Covid-19 berakhir. Band asal Manchester besutan mereka, Oasis, membubarkan diri pada Agustus 11 tahun lalu setelah Noel menyatakan tak sanggup lagi bermusik bersama Liam.

Di tengah pandemi, Liam justru mengajak kakaknya untuk menggelar konser amal bersama Oasis. Keduanya sekarang tengah bersolo karier, Liam memilih menjadi solois sementara Noel membentuk The High Flying Birds.

Setelah melancarkan twit tersebut, Liam juga bertanya-tanya apakah para band legendaris yang telah bubar seperti The Smiths, The Jam dan The Cheeky Girls bersedia tampil di konser tersebut.

Sebelumnya, Liam juga telah memperolok hubunganya dengan Noel sejak awal pandemi ini berlangsung. Saat berusaha menenangkan penggemarnya melalui media sosial, Liam membandingkan kondisi isolasi mereka dengan ia dan Noel, sembari menyatakan bahwa “Kami masing-masing sudah mengisolasi diri selama sepuluh tahun”.
