21 suguhan lagu Extreme Decay di kaset Grind A Live! ini, diantaranya diambil mulai dari album Sampah Dunia Ketiga (Kaset rilisan Extreme Souls Production & 12 Vinyl rilisan Disaster Records/Snakecharm Records/ Samstrong Records), Antiviral (Kaset rilisan Disaster Records Indonesia & 7 Vinyl rilisan Samstrong Records) serta dari album terakhir mereka Downfall Of A God Complex (CD rilisan Selfmadegod Records).

Belum lama ini, Extreme Decay juga baru saja merilis split dengan band grindcore dari Malaysia yaitu Tools Of The Trade dalam format piringan hitam ukuran tujuh inci melalui label rekaman Husted Records dan Bollocks Records, tentunya ini menambah daftar panjang rilisan Extreme Decay sejak terbentuk awal tahun 1998 lalu.
