Kabar itu menyebar lewat munculnya akun Instagram Rage Against The Machine. Berisi unggahan foto demonstrasi di Chili hasil jepretan Susana Hidalgo, dengan caption tanggal-tanggal konser mereka.

Kuartet berdaya ledak tingggi: vokalis Zack de la Rocha, bassis Tim Commerford, gitaris Tom Morello, dan drummer Brad Wilk bakal tampil di lima titik pada 2020, termasuk Coachella lagi!

Kenapa lagi? Karena RATM yang bubar pada 2000, bikin reuni pada 2007 di Coachella juga. Reuni pertama mereka berakhir pada 30 Juli 2011 di Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Reuninya RATM ternyata menandakan berakhirnya supergroup yang kemarin tampil di Hodgepodge Superfest 2019: Prophets of Rage! Dua rapper yang jadi pengobar koor massal di tiap konsernya: Chuck D (Public Enemy) dan B-Real (Cypress Hill) mengumumkan bahwa proyek ini telah rampung. Keduanya mengunggah ucapan selamat tinggal lewat akun media social. Cek di bawah.

I want to say thank you to the fans that supported @prophetsofrage for the time we've been rocking together. It's been an honor to rock stages and people of all ages with these guys. It's been a great time and great memories in a short time. Rockin along side of Chuck and Tom has been amazing to say the least. It was fun while it lasted and I hope we left a big impression and that the music has been a source of inspiration for those that needed it. That was the purpose we got together. So I say to y'all stay informed, stay engaged and fight the good fight. ✌????️????????
