$MOKEBILLS adalah lingkaran anak muda kota kembang, Bandung, yang membentuk sebuah band yang didirikan pada tahun 2024. $MOKEBILLS merupakan band yang mempunyai jenis musik Alternative-rock/PostHardcore/Baddie-core sebagai identitas yang kuat hasil dari perpaduan selera musik antar personel berasal dari latar belakang yang berbeda. Band tersebut dilengkapi dengan line up Cucan sebagai Vokalis, Ipung sebagai Gitar, Dicky sebagai Bassist, dan Rifki sebagai Drummer.

$MOKEBILLS saat ini baru saja merilis single berjudul “Forgotten Flames” dengan bumbu materi yang cenderung heavy, groovy, dan juga progresi nada yang khas. Dan alhasil dalam lagu ini berkisah tentang perspektif seseorang yang meratapi juga merenungi segala hal yang pernah hadir mewarnai kehidupannya.

Berjaya, memiliki segalanya lalu dibuang, ditinggalkan dikucilkan, ataupun keberadaannya yang tidak disadari atau di akui. Materi ini adalah reminder bahwa pada dasarnya hidup adalah fase perputaran roda kebahagiaan dan keterpurukan, dan kehilangan adalah hal keniscayaan disetiap fase, baik seseorang, karir, ataupun hal-hal kecil sekalipun.

Dan materi “Forgotten Flames” juga adalah sebuah intermezzo untuk sebuah project album dari $MOKEBILLS yang sedang dalam proses dan akan dirilis dalam beberapa waktu kedepan.
